GSM (GURUJI SEVA MANDALI)

In 2001, the AGNI (which means fire in Sanskrit) was formed as a floating structure and it was acting as support arm and youth wing of Sri Sakthi Ashram Malaysia. This group was responsible over minor projects involving the children of Sri Sakthi Ashram.

Only in 2014, the management of SSA officially formed AGNI as the recognized youth wing under Sri Sakthi Ashram Malaysia reporting directly to Guruji himself. The AGNI group was formed to assist the chairman in his noble task to propagate “Deny Selfishness, Deliver Selflessness” (DSDS) concept to Malaysian Indian youth and same time to eradicate Indian community cancer which is identified as No 1 killer to human values – the selfishness.

In light of the SSA’s dream to eradicate selfishness in Malaysia Indian community, AGNI was tasked to propagate DSDS Program throughout Malaysia. From 2014 – 2018, AGNI was tasked to organize DSDS and form GSM (Guruji Seva Mandali) throughout nation to propagate seva (service to mankind). In 2018, Guruji formed “JUNIOR AGNI “in wake of next generation in the AGNI team without changing the structure of AGNI team. Active and committed members of DSDS involved in GSM (Guruji Seva Mandali – Nationwide Service Centres) were recruited to become JUNIOR AGNI.
